  • Liquor: 1 and ½ oz
  • Espresso coffee: 1 and ½ oz
  • Ice cubes
  • A shaker (or a cocktail shaker)

Preparation

  1. First, take your shaker and fill it with ice up to three-quarters of its capacity. This is the base to make our carajillo cold and refreshing.
  2. Now, add 1 and ½ oz of Licor 43. This liquor is the soul of the drink, with its unique and sweet flavor.
  3. Then, pour in 1 and ½ oz of your favorite espresso coffee. Yes, that strong and aromatic coffee you love.
  4. Here comes the fun part: shake! Shake the shaker vigorously for about 7 to 10 seconds, until it feels opaque and cold to the touch.
